We do not knowingly collect any information beyond what’s needed to arrange and deliver your transfer or tour.

• To arrange your transfer or tour — matching you with a driver, tracking your flight, confirming pickup details.
• To communicate with you — booking confirmations, driver contact details, and responses to questions.
• To process payment, if you choose to pay online in advance.
• To improve our service — for example, understanding which routes or tours are most requested.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Who we share it with

We share the minimum information necessary with:

• Your assigned driver — your name, contact number and flight or pickup details, so they can find and reach you.
• Payment processors, if you pay online, to complete the transaction securely. We do not store full card details ourselves.
• Service providers that help run this website (for example, hosting or website analytics), under standard confidentiality terms.
• Authorities, only if required by law.

4. WhatsApp & messaging

Much of our communication happens over WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta and governed by its own privacy policy and terms. Messages you send us are used solely to arrange and support your booking. If you’d prefer to communicate by email instead, let us know.

5. Cookies & the website

This website may use cookies or similar technologies for basic functionality and to understand how visitors use the site (for example, which pages are most viewed). This does not include personally identifying you. If we later add advertising or analytics tools that use more detailed tracking, we will update this section and, where required, ask for your consent.

Our booking widget and the Google Maps embed on our contact page may set their own cookies, governed by the relevant provider’s privacy policy.

6. How long we keep it

We keep booking-related information for as long as needed to deliver the service and to meet any legal, tax or accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it. Messages sent over WhatsApp are retained according to WhatsApp’s own systems and our own reasonable business needs.

Our services are intended for adults booking travel, including on behalf of children traveling with them. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children.
